How does it work?
You have to decide which category you want to enter, and fill the application. Click here, to open the form. All entry payments are voluntary and non-refundable. Entry fee secures your spot and gives you the chance to possibly move forward to the finalist list. Once you have filled the form, our team will contact you for further information. You will receive a list of obligatory documents, which need to be submitted and other advised materials. Keep in mind,the more you have accomplished, the better. Submitting your files do not forget anything! This will help determine, if you will be moving forward and if you qualify to be in the finalist list!
Once you have moved forward to finalists, your submitted documents will have the chance to go thru further assessment in order for our judges to see if you could be the winner! If successful, and you receive the Top Master award you will have the chance to be accredited with us for free.
Entry closes 3 weeks before awarding ceremony, giving our team enough time to go thru all finalist applications with no rush and with high attention!
AWARDS ceremony happens once every 4 months- in April, August and December. At the end of each year, we will announce one winner in each category as the Master of the year in the specific field. So, in December there will be two ceremonies, first one at the beginning of the month, to announce the Top masters, and the second, at the end of the month, to announce The Masters of the year! Precise dates gets announced within 3 weeks before each ceremony.
To be listed for the Master of the year title you must try your luck in all 3 seasons,or, apply each 4 months. It doesn't matter if you will win all 3 times,only once, or even maybe none, but the effort counts. Even just applying to participate shows your determination for success. And that is what we are looking for! You are showing your commitment! As well, it gives you time throughout the year to add more accomplishments to your list by attending vebinars,courses,championships etc.
Within 30 working days after submission the entrants who passes to the finalists, will receive an email which will confirm that. If you do not receive such email within this time, unfortunately, it means, at that time, you haven't moved forward.
All ceremonies take place online. Those who qualify as finalists will receive a link to the ceremony, so you will be able to watch it from anywhere. If you won't be able to attend to the live awarding, and you have won, do not worry, we will contact all winners privately afterwards.
All judges decisions, once made, are final and can't be changed. Due to confidentiality reasons, all decisions are made anonymously.
The shipping fees for prizes are at winners cost.
By registering for participation and paying the participation fee, it is considered that the participant has read all the conditions of the championship and agrees to them. As well as agrees to the use and publication of the submitted works on the championship's social networks. Participants agree to the use of their personal data submitted within the framework of the championship. The organizers delete all participant information after the end of each season.
