What are the requirements to become an accredited trainer:
- Experience (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge on how to preform classic lash extensions and volume extensions up to 6D/lash and brow lamination/eyebrow architecture (all or any of the mentioned)
- Recognizable public success, for example championships or conferences
- Experience in teaching is an advantage, master classes or courses
- Experience in being a speaker in conferences is and advantage
- Being an Accredited judge is an advantage (if you are not accredited, you can get accredited with us)
After finishing the trainer accreditation, trainers must:
- Continue to participate in conferences, championships, workshops etc.
- Continue to develop your skills as a trainer and improve your working technique at least 2 times a year
- You must be active in social media (Instagram etc.)
- Make sure you have everything for courses. Ask for help, if needed.
- Follow the newest trends and techniques to always be up to speed with what's trending
- The Trainer accreditation is valid for one year. You will have to renew your accreditation each year to be updated. Renewal will be with a 50% discount
